Coronavirus Strategy For Reopening
Update: July 28, 2020
We hope everyone is doing well.
The Board of Directors at Epilogue Players continues to monitor the pandemic situation and has developed plans for our re-opening in September. We have reviewed guidance from the CDC and local government. Our membership in the American Association of Community Theatres (AACT) has been especially helpful, giving us access to research and advice for entertainment venues.
We will open the 2020-21 season with “Going To A Place Where You Already Are” by Bekah Brunstetter on September 17. A cast has been selected and we have begun rehearsals maintaining the highest level of safety possible under the circumstances.
Attendance for this production will be limited and we will practice safety and social distancing guidelines. Adherence to these guidelines is a condition of admission to our performances. We appreciate your understanding.
Attendance will be limited to 15 patrons per show, unless local restrictions are increased or lifted.
All patrons must wear face coverings while in line or in the auditorium. Patrons will be escorted to their seats. Seating will be made to avoid group contact as much as possible (i.e. seating from front to the back of the auditorium.) Family groups may sit together. All other seats will be placed considering social distancing to the greatest extent possible.
All reservations must be prepaid for this show. You may pay with any credit card using the PayPal portal below. You do not need a PayPal account. Tickets will not be sold at the door. Walk-ins will not be admitted.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
